The partner portal and human-controlled dispatch workflow are being built to organize delivery requests, review operational details, coordinate drivers, and communicate delivery progress without asking restaurant staff to manage complicated technology.
The workflow is currently in controlled QA and will open only after partner onboarding, driver readiness, support procedures, and final testing are complete.
